a. Items are assessed at your own risk, outside of any product warranty.

b. Items may not be able to be fixed.
c. You must keep any children you bring under your close supervision at all times.

d. Items may take more than one visit to complete repair.
e. You cannot leave items with us or a repairer for a future repair.

f. We offer no guarantee to any repairs.
g. We are not liable if any repaired item fails at any time in the future.

h. Some items may not be fixed without spare parts which you would need to buy and bring.
i. We are entitled to use our discretion to refuse to repair an item.

j. You must be with your items at all times.
k. Please be kind to us as we are neighbourly volunteers. 

l. If you liked the service, please leave us a Tip if you can. 
m. You must take back everything you bring to the event.

n. Tips cover some of the costs of these events.

o. We do not do alterations or re-sizing, only mending, of clothing.

p. We do not fix items that may catch fire during repair.
q. Only one item per person per form. New form for separate item.
r. You must tell us about your experience today.

s. You must be accompanied by a responsible adult if you are under the age of 18.
t. We take no responsibility whatsoever for any item unless it is in the process of being repaired.
u. We may take photos to promote the event. We will remove identifiable information if we do so.
v. We are not liable for any injury, accidental damage or loss to people, personal effects or property that may arise because of the event.
