The refurbishment work on the new commercial kitchen is complete although we still want to include some stainless steel wall units and shelving. We also want to be able to buy new equipment, cutlery and crockery and these items are all subject to funding bids on which we expect a decision fairly soon.
We had a great opportunity to 'test-drive' the kitchen as we provided food for around 90 people at the Lennon & McCartney tribute band night on 21 March. Being able to offer our own catering keeps the cost down for events such as this so people can enjoy a night out for less.
