There are four levels:
- Gallery Home
- Members’ Gallery
- Your named Folder
- Your Album/s within your folder
- Click on the Members' Gallery Folder then into your own named folder, which will open and you can then add albums
- Please IGNORE the ‘Add Folder’ tab - just use the 'Add Album' tab
- To create albums within your folder, just click on the 'Add Album' tab, and photos can then be uploaded to your album/s
- You can change the name of an album by clicking on ‘Edit Album’ at the bottom of the page
- It is possible to move photos between albums but do be VERY CAREFUL you move them to the correct album, not someone else’s - this is a feature of the website, not something I can control
- In order to try to prevent moving photos to someone else's album (easily done!) PLEASE PUT YOUR INITIALS IN FRONT OF YOUR ALBUM TITLES - have a look at other member's albums to see what I mean
- You can choose a photo to have on the cover of your album by clicking on the photo, scrolling down and clicking the ‘Make photo the cover for this album’ tab
- You can’t put a photo on to the cover of your folder
It’s probably a good idea to reduce the size of your photos to around 500-750KB before uploading them. The website will automatically further reduce the size to around 50KB which means the photos look good when viewed on the website but if anyone tries to download them from the website, they arrive very small!
