As you will know by now, Co-op Homes South are now dealing with all FPHC repairs and major works.

If your repair is an emergency, please phone Co-op Homes South on 020 3166 2608.

For all other repairs, you can report them online using fixflo, just click on the image below to register (if you are using it for the first time) and tell them about your repair.

Priorities 

Some repairs are more urgent than others and CHS will let you know if your repair is an:

Emergency Repair which will be attended to within 24 hours

Urgent repairs will be attended to within 7 days

Routine Repairs will be attended to within one calendar month

CHS will make note of any special vulnerabilities, and with the tenants request share this with the contractor if this will have an impact on the success of a repair appointment.

After submitting your repair request online you'll receive confirmation that your request has been sent successfully. CHS will attempt to respond to all repair requests within one working day of receipt but if you haven't heard back within that time please call them on 020 3166 2608 during office hours or email CHSRepairs@coophomes.coop.

Fixflo: When you report a repair via Fixflo you will receive an email stating that your request has been received; once a contractor has been assigned you will be informed of this. The contractor will contact you by email to arrange a suitable date and time. Once the job as been carried out, CHS will send you a form to complete where you state whether the job was completed or not.
