1.  At a recent meeting organised by CCH (May 2025) regarding building regulations, it was reported that there are new regulations regarding building safety for social housing tenants. The recent Awaab's Law is being extended to include all building safety and health aspects.  It is important that those of us who are social housing tenants are aware of the responsibilities of our landlord and our rights in terms of building safety, health and safety, fire risk, etc. regulations.

2. Co-operative UK have a new campaign:  As  part of that campaign they’ve made a video about cooperatives.  It  may help those who don’t know what a co-op is and gain a little more understanding of what cooperative ownership means.
