Dear ERAA member.
Please note that the 2021 AGM will be held on the 26th June at 2pm, on the Communal Plot. This is an official communication sent to you on behalf of the current Committee. So do ignore any communication that you receive from another source.
Anyone wishing to be an officer of the committee, will need to be nominated, and the nomination seconded by Saturday the 19th of June.
There are five posts for re election they are Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Lettings Officer.
Currently Jim McSherry is the Chair, Pat Carver is Acting Treasurer, Susan Baker is Acting Secretary, and Lyn Edwards is the Lettings Officer.
Should you wish to nominate, or second a person for one of the officer posts, please submit your nomination only to this e mail by Saturday the 19th of June.
There can be up to 5 committee members in addition to the officer posts. Anyone wishing to be a committee member can volunteer either by submitting their name to this e mail address or they can volunteer at the AGM.
Provided there is a quorum of 20 members candidates for both the officer posts and for committee members will be confirmed at the AGM.
Any items you wish to have placed on the agenda, should be submitted to this e mail address by Saturday the 19th of June.
We will be publishing the agenda, closer to the date of the AGM.
