Latest developments
Some good news at last.The group has begun to meet up again.We are meeting at Bowburn on Wednesdays from 10.00 to 13.00. People are welcome to visit and have a chat about our activities. Our other group have now relocated to the Gala Theatre Cafe. They still meet on a Monday from 10.00 to 12.00.
We have now restarted attending outside events. We could not attend the Sedgefield Show this year because we were at the North East Knit and Stitch Show at Gosforth Park. However, we did have a connection to Sedgefield because one of our members, Tammy, won two 1st and one 2nd prizes as well as a special award for one of the 1st prizes!! Well done Tammy! We also have our own Woolcraft and Textiles Open Day at Bowburn on Saturday 2nd November where everyone is welcome.
