Challenge: The Early November Frost & Evergreen Treasure Hunt!

Monday 02 November 2026

  • When: Early November (Self-guided – visit anytime!)
  • Where: Across our community Open Spaces
Welcome to November! The days are getting shorter and the mornings are getting crisper. This week, we are celebrating the resilience of nature. While most plants are winding down, our local evergreens are stepping into the spotlight to keep our spaces bright and full of life.
Getting outside during the darker months is one of the best ways to beat the winter blues and give your mental wellbeing a natural lift.

🕵️‍♂️ Your Mindful Mission This Week:
  1. The Frosty Leaf Art: If you are out on a chilly morning, look for leaves on the ground coated in crunchy, white frost crystals. They look like nature's own jewelry!
  2. The Holly & Ivy Hunt: Can you track down the classic winter champions? Look for glossy green ivy climbing up tree trunks or bright red berries nestled in prickly holly leaves.
  3. The Deep Breath Reset: Walk to the very center of the green space. Stop, drop your shoulders, and take three huge breaths of the cold November air. Feel it clear your mind and give you a fresh burst of energy.
