On 3 August 2022, Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust held Moth and Bat Evening at Deri Woods, it was a very well attended public event. Here is a list of the moths caught in a variety of traps and released after being identified by local expert Phil McGregor. The best of the night was the Barred Hook-tip which is only the 14th record in Montgomeryshire.
