Ingredients

125g root Ginger – peeled and chopped

125g Garlic – peeled

Splash of oil or ¼ tsp turmeric (acts as a preservative)

Cooking Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until it turns pale and smooth.
  2. Store the ginger garlic paste in an airtight jar. Always use a dry spoon to scoop out a little when needed.
