Ingredients

3 slices White, brown or raisin Bread

1 Egg

1 tbsp sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of cinnamon powder

Pinch of salt

Butter for frying

 

Cooking Steps

  • Whisk together the egg, milk, salt, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract.
  • Heat a pan on medium heat and melt 1 tsp butter
  • Dip both sides of the bread in the egg/milk mixture, quickly and place in the heated pan.
  • Fry on both sides until brown.
  • Sprinkle it with sugar and serve hot.
