The final Peggy Brooks Competition - 2019
The Competition took place in 2019 (the 18th year) on Sunday 8th September 2019 at Nayland Village Hall. Twenty teams from Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire took part in the competition and once again it was a hard fought competition with the winners only being decided during the final matches. The competition ended with two teams on a maximum of 8 points, and six more on 6 points.
The team from Tollgate were declared the winners of the Peggy Brooks Rose Bowl Trophy, 2019 and the runners-up were Belstead. The results are shown in the table below.
