Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chelmsford Twinning Partnership is to be held on SATURDAY 16^h AUGUST 2024 in the Common Room at Galleywood Heritage Centre, The Common, off Margaretting Road, Chelmsford, CM2 8TR starting at 3.30pm.  After the official business, there will be refreshments and a chance to catch up with twinning friends.

The agenda and a copy of the minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting are attached. The audited annual accounts will be distributed at the meeting.   A nomination form is below for the election of officers or committee members of the organisation.  All nominations and details of any motion you may wish to put forward should be received by the secretary at least fourteen clear days before the meeting, that is by 1^st August.
