Dear Plot Holder,
Hi, hope you are well and with the new season fast approaching you have your seeds and potatoes ready , whether that be your old favourites or you fancy trying something new this year. The lovely weather the last week has seen a lot of activity on site by some of you, which is always good to see.
Getting your plot ready is important for successful crops as is maintaining it and the surrounding paths / driveways. Please remember besides cultivating two thirds you must keep it tidy, uncluttered and the weeds to a minimum , as per your tenancy agreement.
If you are having difficulties in doing so please inform the Committee and also if you wish to downsize or vacate your plot. We do have a waiting list of people eager to become a plot holder .
Rents are due by the end of March and remain unchanged at £17.00 for Half a Plot and £34.00 a Full Plot.
The Annual General Meeting ( AGM) will be on Sunday 16th April 11am at The Black Horse pub. All are welcome.
