Please bring your own black bin liners and take all rubbish home with you. It must not be left either in the kitchen or by the dustbins at the flat.
We now offer hourly rate hire at £15 per hour for non Birdbrook Parish residents and £10.00 per hour for parishoners
If these conditions are not met with, the Trustees will impose an additional cleaning charge of up to £30. Likewise any damage caused by the hirer to any fixtures or fittings MUST be paid for and is deemed the responsibility of the hirer.

Meetings – per morning, afternoon OR evening session £30.00
Dinners and Socials £55.00
Children’s Parties – under 10’s – without disco’s £30.00
Children’s Parties – 10’s-16’s – with/without disco’s (£50 deposit required) £55.00
Adult Parties with/without disco (£50 deposit required) £85.00
Weddings (£50 deposit required) £110.00
(if access to the hall is required the previous day, there will be an extra charge of £15)
County Council/General Election £300.00
Affiliated Societies are charged at special agreed rates.
From 1st September to 31st March inclusive, a further charge of £15 will be made for heating in both the Reading room and the Main Hall. These dates are non-negotiable. All charges subject to change without further notice. All lettings are at the discretion of the Trustees, who reserve the right to refuse bookings without prejudice.
