We recently welcomed Florist and Floral Demonstrator Katie Baxter with her demonstration 'Spring is Coming'. She inspired the audience with her alternative arrangements without using floral foam.

Society members were fascintated when she introduced a new technique - flowers made from pages of old books. Katie never disappoints and the society look forward to welcoming her back in the future.
