Received email from Matrtina Conmte today. "Hello Paul, We’re sorry your installation didn’t go ahead as planned. Rest assured, we have escalated this case with urgency in order to get an estimated date of resolution. The team that will be investigating will be working externally and should not require access to your property. We aim to have this resolved within the next two working days, we will notify you if there are any further concerns preventing resolution. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding." I really feel that nobody at Community Fibre is listening to me. This is NOT about an 'INSTALLATION'!!! It is a breakdown in the box on the telegraph pole outside my property or further down the line towards the exchange.
