Vitamin G
The Vitamin G project was initiated in 2013, aiming to establish eight inter-generational art and community gardens across Surrey with a particular focus on ensuring that older people are involved.
Each garden was developed by the community, working collaboratively with Sculpt It arts organisation and with specialist advice from the team at Leatherhead Community Garden. It was important that the gardens are inspiring, creative places to be, as well as productive and sociable.
Each of the gardens has evolved differently depending on local need and we have worked with communities to ensure that they create gardens which work for them.
