SoCAN: Southampton Climate Action Network

The Southampton Green Network holds meetings every 2 months where participants
from the SCC, local gardening organisations, various gardening groups and
environmental experts share their updates and hear from a guest speaker at each
meeting.

Agenda
9.30 Arrival of guests.  Refreshments will be served
9.45 Welcome Speech (Alex) and Housekeeping (Barbara)
9.50 Talk on Air Quality by the Environment Centre (tEC) to be confirmed.
10.00 Around the Room Short Updates (1-2 minutes each, time for networking later)
11.15 Break with refreshments and time for you to network with other attendees.
11.50 Talk by Barbara Hancock and James Stubbs about the community work
happening in the green areas of Townhill Park. Including a video.
12.00 Optional walk to visit Townhill Green with its living green wall, wild flower
meadows and mosaics. You could also bring a picnic lunch to eat on the many
benches in the Green.
