The Western Morning News carried a small notice for holiday accommodation:
“’Bus passes door — Trencrom, Knighton Villa, Wembury.”
The advert pitched easy access by the regular motor-bus service between Plymouth and Wembury, highlighting convenience for summer visitors at Knighton Villa (house name Trencrom).

Location note: “Knighton Villa” appears to correspond to the plot on Knighton Hill near today’s small business unit cluster.
