The above job descriptions will be amended shortly as we have separated out the stewardship of the Polytunnel from the other responsibilities of the Plot Steward.
Committee membership is ratified by the Association members at the Annual General Meeting.
The committee generally meet 6 times a year on a bi-monthly basis and currently use the Village Hall for their meetings.
Agendas are circulated before meetings and draft minutes for checking and agreeing at the next committee meeting thereafter.
To be quorate, a minimum of 4 committee members is necessary. ( This number can be changed by a General Meeting ).
