THe carbon intensity of what we eat, how and where we grow our food, how it is transported, processed and packaged, and how much we waste all affect greenhouse gas emissions and hence global warming.
This talk by environmental scientist, Shaun Russell, discusses our diets and makes suggestions for how economy could benefit ecology in the world of food.
