In this illustrated talk, local active travel proponents Philip Thomas and John Lawrence will present up-to-date statistics about Active Travel in the UK, followed by a discussion of the health advantages of fossil-fuel-free personal transport. They will also outline the benefits of Active Travel for greenhouse gas emission reductions. There will be a Q&A session in which the audience can participate and have their questions answered concerning this important and growing element of sustainable living.

To access the event, please walk down the side of the Soul Cafe to the Methodist Church Hall at the back.
