During his career, Shaun Russell has trained officers and managers of national parks in the UK and around the World. In this presentation he covers the origins and history of the UK’s national parks, and he examines the effects of years of budget cuts, and the role that our parks are expected to play in response to pressures such as climate change, pollution and increasing visitor numbers.
