I learned just this week of the death of one of our former members - Olive Ford.
Olive will be remembered for providing teas at our meetings and shows for many years.
She worked for the NHS as a nurse rising to the rank of matron I believe, and after retirement at the Studholme Medical Centre in Ashford as a practice nurse.
Our thoughts go to her sons and grandchildren and other family members.
