Our AGM is held on the second Thursday of December between 7pm and 9pm.
The President will open the meeting followed by the Chairman & Treasurer. Members are informed about our current year and our financial position.
Nominations for new committe members will be decided and will be followed by our Christmas celebration with a buffet supplied by the members.
There will be a Christmas raffle and a quiz.
