Workshops & Programmes for Prisons and Probation

At The CSHEN Project CIC, we specialise in working with young adults aged 16–30 who are in custody or on probation. Our mission is to break the cycle of reoffending by combining personal development, skills, entrepreneurship, and long-term mentoring.

We deliver impactful, trauma-informed workshops and programmes that give participants the tools, mindset, and opportunities to transform their lives inside custody and beyond the gate.

🔑 Our Workshops (1-Day)

Each workshop is designed to be interactive, engaging, and outcomes-driven — giving participants practical skills they can apply immediately.

1. Own Your Life
For 18–30-year-olds in custody with 3–6 months left before release.
Focuses on self-awareness, resilience, and positive decision-making.
👉 Outcome: A personalised 90-day release plan.

2. Trade to Enterprise
Shows participants how to turn trade skills into business opportunities.
Covers barbering, carpentry, decorating, waste removal, fitness, and more.
👉 Outcome: A 1-page Business Blueprint.

3. Conflict to Clarity
Builds emotional intelligence and communication skills to reduce conflict.
Practical roleplays and de-escalation tools prepare participants for both custody and release.
👉 Outcome: A Personal Conflict Action Plan.
