Both meetings on Monday 17th May 2021 will take place back in
The Smythe Hall, Church Lane, Stow Maries.
If you attend please follow the guidelines provided in the hall and wear a face covering to protect yourself and others.
Please let the Parish Clerk know if you intend to attend the meeting to be able to keep an eye on numbers to be able to ensure social distancing.
All surfaces will be wiped prior to the meeting and afterwards.
We would appreciate you using the app on the poster in Smythe Hall to register your attendance, if you cannot do this, then please give your name and telephone number to the clerk, only to be used should a case be reported within 10 days of the meeting.

To report a highways problem, if you have a comment in relation to planning or a consultation, please send direct to the MDC or the appropriate organsiation and let the Parish Clerk have a copy so that the Parish Council are fully informed.
