Perth & Kinross Council have issued a noticed that the U38 - Duchess St/Benchil Rd - will be closed for repair.
The effective date is from 19th August 2024 for upto 7 weeks.
The repair works involved the complete removal and reinstatement of the road edges to approved standard to enable the length of Duchess St from Active Kids to near Five-Mile Wood to become 2-way.
These works are being carried out in advance of the major works to to the Stewart Tower road which will see it closed and widened to become 2-way without passing places.
Please plan your travel appropriately via an alternative route allowing for possible increased traffic on that route.
