1. BALCONIES/TERRACES: 
Please remember that your balcony or terrace is someone else’s view!
Keep it clean and tidy and remove weeds from your terrace if on the ground floor.
Don’t store household items, cleaning equipment or rubbish.
Be considerate and be aware of the impact of the smoke and smell of a barbecue on the people living beside and, particularly, above you. Do not use disposable BBQs.
2. WINDOWS: 
Keep your windows clean and please don’t put stickers on windows.
The lease stipulates that windows should be cleaned every 4 weeks.
3. WASHING: 
No washing on balconies or terraces or hanging washing in windows or on exterior balustrades.
This is specifically prohibited by the lease and it is not a pleasant view for your neighbours!
4. CORRIDORS: 
There is no storage space in corridors for prams, bikes, toys or rubbish. Anything at all left out in the corridors represents a fire safety hazard.
5. NOISE: 
Please try to respect others when using corridors late at night and when having parties. Quiet time is between 23.00 and 07.00.
6. CORRIDORS/COMMON AREAS: 
No playing or screaming in corridors or common areas. Lots of apartments have bedrooms along the corridors.
7. GARDENS: 
Please don’t pick flowers from the gardens.
No swimming in the water-feature.
No playing under resident’s windows other than your own.
8. REMOVALS: 
Use qualified removal companies, and advise the concierge that you are moving in/out.
Respect your neighbours, and only move in/out between 07.00 and 22.00.
9. BIKES: 
Please use the bike racks or bike sheds in the underground garage.
10. EXTERIOR OR COMMON AREAS: 
No changes to colour scheme and no stickers on doors/windows.
If replacing doors, windows or handles they must match the existing design. Approval must be sought from Consort Property Management
Balconies can be professionally timber-decked or painted.
11. GYM/POOL/ RESIDENTS LOUNGE: 
Use between the hours of 06.00-23.00.
Keep noise to a minimum as there are residents living directly above or to the side.
Respect others by using a towel to wipe down equipment after use, and when busy please reduce your time to 30 minutes on the machines.
12. HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH: 
Please dispose of household rubbish in the chute, or directly to the bin store if living on the ground floor.
Do not leave it in the corridor (inconsiderate and potentially dangerous in the event of a fire).
Do not leave it on a terrace to attract vermin.
