Since 2007 we have supported the Spelthorne Physical, Sensory and Cognitive Disabilities Forum and we hold quarterly meetings with representatives of service providers and other Surrey wide forums and groups. Please contact SCAN for 'Log-In' details if you would like to use ZOOM to join us for our next meeting.

Our Informative Monthly Newsletter About Disability Issues is distributed around the Boroughs of Spelthorne, in printed booklet 'Coffee Table'format, for Those In The Local Community Who are Unable to Use A Computer or Electronic Device to Access The Internet.  Electronic copies are also distributed via email to organisations and Councillors across the Boroughs of Spelthorne, Runnymede and Spelthorne and other areas in the County of Surrey.

The Local Spelthorne Community Fund that is administered by Community Foundation for Surrey and Spelthorne Borough Council has provided funding to help with the distribution costs of the newsletter. We hold Hybrid meetings where people can attend 'in person' and via Zoom. Details for joining the meetings can be obtained by contacting info@spelthorneaccess.org.uk or by visiting our webpage www.spelthorneaccess.org.uk/news/scan-news/spscd-forum/
