Thank you to everyone who came to our recent Magic Evening at the hall. Our grateful thanks to The Mid Essex Magical Society who provided a fantastic evening of entertainment and we have had some great feedback from those who attended. The evening started with several sessions of close-up magic by seven different magicians and the second part was magic with participation of the audience on the stage by a couple of individual magicians. Photos by Graham Ellis Thank you to those who donated Raffle prizes for the event which were Adventure Island and Sealife, Southend; the Bell & Chimes, Rettendon; Brew Heaven – Ramsden Heath; Co-op, Billericay; Lathcoates Farm, Galleywood; Tesco, Springfield Road, Chelmsford and Waterside Café – Hanningfield Reservoir. We raised a fantastic £429 which will go into the upkeep of the village hall.
