IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO MEMBERS
Email is the default communication means. In order to minimise costs, 'mail' will be distributed by email rather than by post. This will principally include messages from the Chairman, notices relating to the AGM, routine communications about rehearsals and concerts. It is appreciated that not everyone has an email address; these members will continue to receive postal communications.
Changes to email addresses. If any member changes their email address it is essential that the Membership Secretary. and the General Secretary are informed.
