A welcome return of this popular speaker. Colin is an Archaeologist with a deep love of History, and has been interested in workhouses since having read Oliver Twist as a child. He feels that the realities of the Poor Law are not fully understood by the average member of the general public, and that they still play a part in our view of social provision today.
