This class   is osteoporosis safe with a focus on posture, balance and maintaining strong   bones and muscles.

Pay as you   go ‘£10’ – just turn up

Loyalty card   £50 for 6 classes.  One free class per card

Chair based exercise class that is Ideal for those with walking or   standing difficulties or

those who fancy trying a new activity

 

£1.50 a class is 10 classes are booked or £2 for individual classes – just turn up
