It shoud be noted that conditions change, footpaths can be re-routed, livestock can be in fields alongside footpaths, farmers can spread slury, stiles and gates can be broken, fields and paths can be flooded. These are just a few of the problems which might occure. On an organised walk the Walk Leader will always 'recce' the walk beforehand.
