For those interested a learning Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) along with using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) come along to a free training course at MEFAS centre.  This is not a full certificated Level 2 course but you will learn the procedures to prevent a person's organs being staved of oxygen and help keep the heart functioning until medical help takes over.  For anyone wanting a Level 2 certificate, that can be arranged.
