When: Thursday 6th December @ 7pm
What: Theatre Trip - Gaslight
Last December, you may recall, some of us went to see a comedy at MADS Little Theatre on Lord Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6SY.
This year we are planning to do the same, this time to to see 'Gaslight' - A Suspenseful Thriller by Patrick Hamilton, on Thursday 6th December. https://www.madstheatre.org/
The description from the MADS website says:
“I may be going mad, but if I am mad you have to treat me gently.”In Victorian, fog-bound London Bella Manningham is troubled; her husband frequently and inexplicably disappears from the house refusing to tell her why; she alone hears footsteps in the empty apartment above; and the gaslight in the room dims but no one else can see it. Is she truly going insane, or is there something more sinister at work? This classic thriller will leave you gripped to the last.
Tickets cost £10 (£8 for concessions) - we'll get a ticket free for every 10 we book, if there are enough of us, so can spread that saving amongst us all.
Please let us know if you are interested in coming to watch Gaslight and we can sort out payment nearer the time.
If it's too early for you to think about December, just pop it in your diary to 'save the date', and we'll send a reminder round nearer the time.
We hope you'll be able to join us for both of the above
