Community Garden - In May 2024, the Parks Team at Hounslow Council created a community garden and Friends of Lampton Park have supported on the delivery of the Lampton Park Community Garden as both gardeners and volunteers. A project which was funded by Section 106 and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of Grow for the Future. This space has also been joined and worked on by: Urban Trailblazers, Cultivate London, Lampton School and Duke of Edinburgh students.

Restoration projects

Our well loved pond - Irie Pond - is soon to recieve a restoration project in conjunction with the Parks Team at Hounslow Council and Habitats and Heritage. More details coming soon.

Mindful Lampton

Throughout 2025, Friends of Lampton Park have worked with the Parks Team at Hounslow Council, Habitats and Heritage and Lampton Greenspace's Countryside Team to deliver Mindful Lampton Sessions. These sessions are to encourage more appreciation for nature, community cohesion and opportunities to reduce social isolation.

Since January 2025, we have delivered a Mindful Lampton Winter Walk session and Mindful Lampton Wildflower creation project with the COVID memorial garden.
