"What did the Romantics ever do for us?"

Quite a lot in fact! The Romantics were part of a revolution in ideas and culture that left a legacy still with us today. The discussion, led by former teachers of English and Philosophy Barrie Selwyn and Marilyn Mason, will start with a brief introduction to the contribution to philosophy of two Romantics poets, Keats and Wordsworth. There will be extracts on the tables and plenty of time for group discussion.
