Kilrenny Connections.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, Kilrenny Church regret to say that there will be no meetings until restrictins ease.

Kilrenny Connections developed as a Church group in 2012 following the closure of the Guild. Our aim was to transfer the friendship, fellowship and camaraderie created by the Guild, to this new group. These features are so important in maintaining a strong Church Family.

Our aim was to make Kilrenny Kirk Connections into an all-encompassing group to include all ages, male and female with no membership needed. At the beginning of each meeting we start with “A thought for the Month” establishing that we are rooted in the church

Its purpose is to provide a variety of activities to suit a wide range of needs, tastes and interests which is aimed at connecting with the whole congregation, the wider Church family and into the community.

During the winter months Kilrenny Connections meet on a monthly basis, the last Tuesday of each month, at 7pm in the small Church hall. These meetings include social events or speakers to which anyone who is interested is invited.

Through Kilrenny Connections we generate support for charity concerts and coffee mornings and other outreach activities. Our ongoing purpose is to be an extension of our church life, connecting with each other, strengthening the family bond and extending a hand of friendship and fellowship to the community.
