Carers Trust Heart of England have a joint project with Coventry University to offer parents and caregivers of children with autism a free online course to improve their emotional health and wellbeing starting in January 2019. Would you like to cope better, feel more in control and be more resilient? Over 300 parents have attended the face-to-face version of the course with many parents reporting improved mental wellbeing, hope and gratitude.
