At our meeting on 1st May Elizabeth Betts will be talking about ‘The Contents of Your Sewing Box - Tales of collecting, drawing and researching old haberdashery.’ Come and hear how a design course resulted in a new hobby collecting old haberdashery packaging.
This talk is a mixture of design, history and creativity and will hopefully make you think about the contents of your sewing box a little differently and will definitely take you on a trip down memory lane.
Visitors are welcome to join us at this meeting for £5.00. Meeting from 10.00 - 13.00. Doors open at 0930.
