Gloucestershire Suicide Prevention Strategy
At our February 2014 meeting it was reported and minuted, that the suicide rate in Gloucestershire is almost 50% higher than the national average. Gloucester’s suicide rate, at 16.43 per 100,000, is the highest in the county. Men of working age are three times as likely to take their own life.
