Coronavirus customer update Tuesday 17th March 2020
In accordance with Government advice and as advised by Stirling Council, Active Stirling will close all facilities at The PEAK and Forthbank (including all outdoor pitches) and stop all other Active Stirling operations across Stirling from 10pm tonight until further notice.
All Active Stirling activities, events, programmes and bookings at these facilities (including Active Stirling activities at all Stirling secondary schools) and the other Stirling Council /community venues we manage are also cancelled from 10pm tonight until further notice.
As a priority we urge you not to attend The PEAK or any other Active Stirling venue/service today with immediate effect in line with the latest Government guidelines issued.
As we step down all our operations today and prepare for full scale closure, we will try to run all activities at The PEAK as usual today, but this is subject to change.
Customer payments
All Active Stirling customer monthly direct debits will be frozen with immediate effect including ALL IN memberships, Learn to Swim and Sports classes.
Prepaid ALL IN memberships will be frozen and activated again when we reopen for the remainder of the term. All pre-paid bookings will be carried forward to customer accounts as credits to be used for bookings when we reopen.
