Government survey about RTM and RMC experience

The Government has opened a survey about RTM and RMC experience - deadline to complete the survey is midnight Monday 16th March 2026.

Are you a director or an active member of a right to manage company, resident management company or a collectively enfranchised building? The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) would like to hear from you.

MHCLG are carrying out research to better understand your experiences of this role, the key challenges you face, and the support needed to help you to maintain the safety of your building.

This is an opportunity to share your experiences and help ensure that any support is designed with your needs in mind.

You can choose to take part anonymously or leave your personal contact details. If you leave your details, MHCLG may contact you for further discussion about your experience of managing your building.

Your data will not be used for any other purpose.  You can find more information about how MHCLG manage your data within the survey.

A small number of survey respondents may be invited to take part in one-to-one interviews with researchers at MHCLG. You can find more information on this and how to express your interest within the survey.
