This announcement on the BBC suggests that internet fibre installers will be able to install fibre cables and somehow get retrospective approval from the BSR. Friends in High Places members might think it best to the BSR before taking such action as it is not clear yet whether BSR have changed their processes to allow for such retrospective approval,
