The Building Safety Regulator and Leasehold Advisory Service have collaborated on a free online training course for Directors of RMC and RTM. You can work through the course modules at your own pace.

Since 1st October 2023 the Building Safety Regulator is the Building Control Authority for all residential buildings over 18ms (instead of the Local Council.)There is a new, extended definition of what counts as something that has to be submitted to the BSR for building control approval – it includes structural alterations but also works to passive and active fire safety systems, work on common parts, changing the building layout (including the layout or fire safety systems of individual flats)

All "Higher Risk Residential Buildings" or HRB's have to be registered with the Building Safety Regulator. This link takes you to the public register of HRBs.
