We welcome new members who meet all of the following criteria:

Leaseholder Directors of an RTM or RMC or are actively involved in the management of their building (such as trying to seek RTM).
The building is a residential development in the London E14 postcode or neighbouring parts of Tower Hamlets.

If you do not meet the above criteria, but need assistance with leasehold queries, please look at the Useful Links page which includes a directory of places to seek help and support.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please be patient as we are all volunteers running the group in our spare time.
