We have also now received the results of a Feasibility Study which concluded that the proposed uses for the building (cafe, heritage centre, art/craft gallery and rental space) under community ownership would provide a viable option for the future of the Chu... Why not come along, explore the Church and find out about how we plan to keep the building at the heart of the local community. The Doors Open Day is an excellent opportunity to allow people to come and look around the building to see what it has to offer. Drawings will be on display of how the space could look when repurposed, example plans for people to provide their own id... The general consensuswas that the space would be great as a welcoming café, with a heritageinformation space, and a small gallery for local artists to share and sell their work.The space would also continue to be available for weddings and funerals andpossibly some other events and meetings.
